The hotel itself is small, as are the rooms. But the room was clean, the staff was friendly. We liked the tomorrow - very fresh. Even though we had to leave for the station at 6 am, fresh food was already ready and we had a very good breakfast. Localization also wins! We walked around the center of Vienna for almost 6 hours, until midnight, and visited several cathedrals and had a good dinner. It also turned out that the hotel is very close to the station.

The hotel is clean and comfortable enough. The location is really good I think. It is close to the Mariahilfer, to two major metro lines, and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Easy to walk around city or you can use transportation easily. Also there are nice restaurants and cafes around.
Nice hotel but we were set first in very small and old room with very low ceiling and it was a nightmare until they found us other room. Location is ok, but not very central. The coffee place in the building is very nice and cozy.

Room is clean and family friendly. Not big but enough for a family room.
Bathroom is clean, towels, hand soap and body soap+shampoo are available.
Breakfast is ok. Quite often we need to ask that some of the menu need to be refill.
Overall is good hotel for a family’s weekend escape.
Clean and tidy hotel in a great location close to the old town. It is not super luxurious, but it was a great place to base ourselves during our visit. The front of house staff were all super helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great value for money and delicious. It does what is on the tin, no more, no less.
The service is very lovely, both at the reception, at the cafe, and with the personnel cleaning the rooms. The elevator didn't work but luckily enough the rooms are placed on the first floor. The hall was very clean and also the corridors, even though the floors in the corridors could use a renovation. The rooms were super clean and the beds comfortable, so I definitely suggest choosing this hotel. The breakfast is complete (croissants, jams, bread, eggs, yogurts, ham, cheese, etc) although the "black coffee" was more of an American coffee rather than an Italian coffee.
